As an extension of Happy Hill Farm, The Retreat at Happy Hill Farm exists to cultivate spiritual renewal and provide a Christ-centered environment where individuals, families, churches, and organizations build meaningful relationships and are equipped to fulfill their God-given purposes.
We welcome guests into an environment that encourages deeper relationships with God and others, equips leaders and families for faithful service, and inspires lasting impact for generations to come.

What is your mission and vision?
Located on the scenic 500-acre working farm of Happy Hill Farm between Granbury and Glen Rose, Texas, The Retreat at Happy Hill Farm offers a unique blend of natural beauty, Christian hospitality, and purposeful gathering spaces. Whether hosting a small leadership retreat, a family getaway, or a large church event, guests enjoy comfortable lodging for up to 60 people, event facilities for up to 175 attendees, and convenient on-site dining - all designed to foster renewal, community, and a lasting impact.
Why did Happy Hill Farm begin?
Happy Hill Farm's campus provides a Christian boarding and day school serving children from North Texas, and around the world, who lack opportunity.
The boarding campus offers students a college-like learning experience at its accredited K-12 school, North Central Texas Academy, as well as experiential learning opportunities through a chapel and youth ministry facility, a full agricultural center and FFA program, beautiful living facilities, a dining hall, an equestrian arena, athletic fields, and so much more.
The day students and families add to the breadth of the program and open up new opportunities within the local community.
